Jordan is a director and head carpenter with more than 10 years of industry experience.
He works across the full range of Property Plus projects, from renovation framing and detailed internal carpentry to decking, pergolas, repairs and external structures.
Jordan is closely involved in project planning, site work and quality control. He brings a careful eye to how new work connects with the existing home and how the finished space will function in everyday use.
Brad is a director and head carpenter at Property Plus Building, with more than 10 years of carpentry experience.
He is involved in quoting, planning and delivering projects across renovations, home alterations, repairs, interior carpentry and outdoor work.
Brad takes a practical approach to each job, looking closely at what the client wants to achieve, how the existing property is constructed and what will produce the best long-term result.
He remains hands-on throughout projects and helps ensure the work is clearly communicated, properly organised and completed to the standard expected by the client and the Property Plus team.
Carlos brings seven years of carpentry experience to the Property Plus team.
He works across renovation, repair, interior and outdoor carpentry projects, contributing practical knowledge and reliable workmanship at each stage of the job.
Carlos takes pride in completing work accurately and ensuring the finished result integrates neatly with the surrounding property.
Taylor has nine years of carpentry experience and works across a broad range of residential projects.
His experience includes alterations, internal carpentry, repairs and outdoor structures. He supports the team in delivering careful preparation, accurate construction and clean finishing.
Taylor brings a practical, detail-focused approach to both larger improvement projects and smaller repair work.
Tomas has been with Property Plus Building for two years and is completing his carpentry apprenticeship under the supervision of the company’s experienced tradespeople.
Working alongside Brad, Jordan, Carlos and Taylor gives him practical experience across renovations, repairs, interior fit-outs, decking and other residential carpentry work.
He is developing his skills through hands-on involvement while learning the workmanship, safety and communication standards expected across every Property Plus project.
